CS Club Annual General Meeting 2016
The Computer Science Club is holding its AGM on Monday Oct 17 at 6pm on campus at The Mayo Cafe. Sushi and other munchables will be provided.
The AGM is primarily held to elect a new committee for the following academic year as well as the current committee presenting reports and discussing other appropriate business.
Nominations are open for all committee positions! These include: President, Vice president, Treasurer, Secretary, four General Committee positions.
You must be a member to vote.

What the CS Club committee does
• Organise and assist with student events such as O'week activities, workshops, guest presentations from tech companies, social events
• Work closely with the school of computer science to provide spaces and experiences for students
• Be an additional voice for students and help bridge communications between students and faculty

What you can get out of joining the committee
• Improve your skills such as communication, teamwork, leadership
• Easily network with faculty, tech companies, and employers
• Make decisions and help form the community of computer science

How to nominate to join the committee
Email the returning officer, Josh Schwarz, via returning.officer@csclub.org.au with your name and the position(s) you wish to nominate for.
For the positions of President and Vice President, we request that nominations be sent before 6:00pm Sunday Oct 16. All other positions may nominate at the meeting.
