Please note that the following details have been emailed to all Engineering students applying for graduation.
In order to ensure that all graduating students are given priority in terms of their practical experience forms, please be mindful of the below timelines:
· Friday 17th June 2016 - Students must submit their practical experience forms to the ECMS Faculty office by this date.
· Friday 24th June 2016 - Faculty office will send practical experience forms in bulk to all Schools for assessment.
· Wednesday 6th July 2016 - Schools to return assessed and signed forms to the Faculty office.
Any late applications will be dealt with ad-hoc. Students intending to graduate will be individually responsible for following up work experience coordinator signatures for any forms submitted after Friday 17th June 2016. All non-urgent applications will be held at the Faculty office and forwarded to the Schools for assessment after the Graduation period has passed.
