Hi All,

Just some info to help decode the nomenclature on notes referring to supplementary offers on transcripts.

If you have something like:

"Additional Assessment - all papers" next to a result for a course on your transcript then you have been granted an additional supplementary exam for that course.

If you have something like:

"Replacement Assessment - all papers" it means you have a replacement exam for that course.

If you have

"Additional Assessment - consult department" or

"Replacement Assessment - consult department"

You have been offered additional assignment or other work by the school to lift a cap or improve your mark. In this case you must contact the coordinator for the relevant course ASAP to arrange assessment.

Note, the messages above are unabbreviated, the exact abbreviated form of these transcript notes may vary depending on context but they will clearly match one of the four options above.

Cheers,

Brad
